Obligations and responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


1. Customer Relationship Management and Development

   - Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and management of key clients of the company, gain a deep understanding of client needs, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

   - Develop client visitation plans, conduct regular visits to clients, keep abreast of client dynamics in a timely manner, uncover potential business opportunities, and ensure the effective utilization of client resources.

   - Organize and participate in client meetings, seminars, and other activities to showcase the company’s service advantages and professional capabilities, and enhance the company’s brand image in the eyes of clients.

   - Maintain close communication with clients, promptly address any issues and difficulties encountered during cooperation, and ensure the smooth progress of client projects.

2. Business Sales and Project Management

   - Based on the company’s annual sales targets, formulate sales strategies and plans for the regions or client groups under your responsibility, and organize team members to implement them to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

   - Be in charge of the full lifecycle management of client projects, including project requirement analysis, solution design, project quotation, contract signing, project execution, and project acceptance, to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

   - Coordinate internal company resources to ensure efficient collaboration within the project team, provide clients with professional and high-quality services, and enhance client experience.

   - Track project progress, report project status to clients in a timely manner, ensure transparency of project information, and strengthen clients’ trust in the company.

   - Be responsible for the collection of payments for client projects, develop reasonable payment plans, and ensure timely recovery of company funds to reduce financial risks.

3. Team Building and Management

   - Recruit, build, and train the client team. Select suitable team members according to business development needs, provide training and guidance for team members, and enhance the overall professional level and business capabilities of the team.

   - Develop team performance evaluation systems, clarify the responsibilities and goals of team members, conduct regular performance assessments and feedback for team members, motivate team members to work actively, and improve team work efficiency and performance.

   - Foster a positive team atmosphere, enhance team cohesion and spirit of cooperation, and lead team members to jointly accomplish various tasks assigned by the company.

4. Market Research and Analysis

   - Keep an eye on industry dynamics and market trends. Regularly collect and analyze information on competitors to understand market changes and the evolution of client needs, and provide decision-making basis for the company’s product and service innovation.

   - Participate in the company’s market research projects, assist in formulating market research plans, organize team members to carry out market research activities, collect and organize market data, and write market research reports to support the company’s formulation of marketing strategies.

5. Other Work

   - Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders, actively participate in various company-organized activities, and contribute to the company’s development.


Qualifications:


1. Educational Background

   - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Work Experience

   - Over 8 years of work experience in the human resource services industry, with at least 5 years of experience in client management or sales management. Preference will be given to those with rich client resources and project management experience.

3. Professional Knowledge and Skills

   - Be familiar with the business processes and market characteristics of the human resource services industry, and have in-depth understanding and practical experience in recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, talent assessment, and other areas of human resource services.

   - Possess excellent sales skills and negotiation abilities, capable of effectively uncovering client needs, formulating sales strategies, and promoting the successful signing of sales projects.

   - Be proficient in project management knowledge and skills, capable of effectively planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling client projects to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

   - Have good market analysis and judgment capabilities, able to keenly seize market opportunities and provide valuable suggestions for the company’s business development.

   - Be proficient in the use of office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and possess certain data analysis and report writing skills.
